John's Work BBQ and Demolition Derby

John invited me down to Spanish Fork for his work's BBQ.  I did not take any pictures at the BBQ because for once baby John was wanting me.  Even when Pam and John was holding him :)  The food was fabulous!!!   After the BBQ everyone then went to the Demolition Derby.  It was a ton of fun with a lot of destruction!!  I was teaching Ryan and Caleb how to dance the YMCA.  They are now pros.  Enjoy the pictures.
